Salman is a seventh-generation litigator who comes from a stable of pedigree and seasoned training. He enjoys litigation due to his flair for intellectual fencing. He represents a broad cohort of clients from the construction industry including owners, developers, contractors and sub-contractors. He has practiced in India, England and Toronto. Salman equipped himself with a thoroughly honed set of negotiation skills by pursuing a Masters in Settlement Negotiations from University College London, England. He then moved on to get a good grasp of the commercial climate in Canada by pursuing a Masters in Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. His skills of articulate and assertive advocacy and his people skills dovetail with his understanding of the finer nuances of commerce and trade, granting him the ability to find unique remedies to client problems.
