Kunwar is heading Sabio Law LLP’s Business and Real Estate Practice Group. He is a results-driven lawyer, with extensive experience in real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchases and sales, equity financing, commercial contracts and leasing, and joint ventures. He has executed millions of dollars of transactions across a broad range of industries.

Kunwar has delivered counsel to boards and senior management on corporate governance, compliance policies, insurance, litigation and risk management, and corporate reporting.

Harjyot completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University and she attended law school in Michigan at Detroit Mercy School of Law,  completed her N.C.A. accreditation in 2011 and was called to the Bar in June 2012. Harjyot has focused her practive in the areas of civil, employment and family law litigation.

Harjyot is dedicated to making her client’s legal journey as simple and stress-free as possible, while always prioritizing the best interests of the client. Having gained significant experience over the past many years of practising, Harjyot strives to provide clients with insightful and reasoned advice, making it easier for clients to make informed decisions. Harjyot is focused on finding opportunities for resolution, for her clients, to avoid lengthy and expensive litigation.  For cases that do proceed to litigation, Harjyot has the experience to fully represent her clients’ in court with confidence.

With a robust background in real estate, estate planning, and estate administration, Reshana brings a wealth of experience and a personal touch to Sabio Law as the Partner heading the Wills and Estates division. Her journey in law began with a solid educational foundation at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, followed by National Committee Accreditation (NCA) and the completion of the Law Practice Program at Ryerson University. Called to the Bar in 2015, Reshana has since cultivated a distinguished career marked by both public service and private practice.

Following her call to the Bar, Reshana took time to focus on her family, becoming a devoted mother of two. During this period, she worked for the Ministry of Environment, specializing in Freedom of Information and Privacy work. This role honed her attention to detail and commitment to client confidentiality, skills that she seamlessly transitioned into her private practice.

In 2018, Reshana moved into private practice, where she has since focused her practice in residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, mortgages, transfers of title, and survivorship applications. Her practice also encompasses comprehensive estate planning, including the drafting of primary wills and powers of attorney, secondary wills for corporate assets, as well as probate, estate administration, and distribution.

Clients consistently praise Reshana for her dedication, thoroughness, personable approach, and deep knowledge. These attributes have enabled her to build lasting relationships with clients, who value her commitment to providing exceptional legal services.

Joining Sabio Law in 2024 as a Partner, Reshana has embraced the opportunity to lead the Wills and Estates division, contributing to the firm’s reputation for excellence. She is currently pursuing her Trust and Estates Practitioner (TEP) certification, which will further enhance her ability to deliver top-tier service to clients and the firm.

Outside of her professional life, Reshana enjoys spending quality time with her family. Balancing a demanding career with motherhood, she strives to set an example of hard work and dedication, demonstrating the rewards that come from perseverance and commitment.

Tushaar is a Partner at Sabio Law LLP, where he heads the Residential and Commercial Real Estate Division. He provides strategic counsel to individuals, investors, and lenders. His proactive approach, combined with his ability to think several steps ahead, has earned him a reputation for delivering personalized and practical solutions to even the most complex legal matters.

Prior to joining Sabio Law LLP, Tushaar gained valuable experience as a Managing Lawyer at a boutique law firm and also worked on Bay Street at a prestigious Big 4 accounting firm, further refining his ability to navigate intricate legal challenges with confidence and precision. Tushaar’s unique background gives him the ability to offer comprehensive legal advice that aligns with his clients’ business and personal goals.

Known for his client-centric approach, Tushaar is deeply committed to building lasting relationships, ensuring his clients receive not only legal representation but also unwavering support throughout their legal journey.
